If you want us to be in charge of the bookings for your property, we will manage all aspects of the rental process, from marketing your home in Portugal and abroad, to dealing with the bookings. We take care of the entire booking process that includes securing the booking with the customer, collecting deposits, meet and greet your guests upon arrival, collect the damage security deposit, present them with our range of leisure services they can use whilst on holiday at your property and check out the guests upon departure. We check out the property when the time has arrived for your guests to depart, and give them back their deposit if there are no breakages or damages to the property or it’s contents. Once your guests leave, we can take care of the cleaning (including linen change). Alternatively owners are free to arrange their own cleaning service.

We are your guest’s primary contact should they need assistance during their stay, or in case anything goes wrong. This gives you peace of mind and allows you to carry on with your life.

Additionally we work with a few good construction and maintenance workers that owners can use to keep their property in tip top condition.

On the other hand, if you do your own bookings but live abroad and need someone to do your meet, greet and departure services, collect the damage deposits, organize the cleaning and laundry, and look after your house and guests whilst you are not here, then look no further. We can do all that for you, and assure you will get a reliable and professional service.
